SCENE 26 EXT. YVONNE'S HOUSE/OUTSIDE - DAY Edwin arrives Yvonne's house in a commercial motorbike. The house is a duplex apartment. He confirms address with business card in his hand. He rings bell. Shortly, Yvonne appears. YVONNE You came? SCENE 27 INT. YVONNE'S HOUSE/LIVING ROOM - CONTINOUS Yvonne is seen leading Edwin into the living room. EDWIN Where's this place? YVONNE I lived here. EDWIN With your husband? YVONNE Do I look married? EDWIN You look thirty. A thirty year old lady could be married. YVONNE Well I'm not. I lived alone...that's since I lost my parents though. EDWIN Sorry to hear that. YVONNE Please sit down. What would you like me to get you? EDWIN Why don't we go straight to what I'm here for? YVONNE Still don't trust me? EDWIN But I'm here. YVONNE Then you should at least drink something. She walks to bar. YVONNE(CONT'D) What's your brand? EDWIN None. YVONNE I'm sure you'll like this one. She pours wine in glass and returns to serve Edwin. She sips hers then Edwin sips his. EDWIN Hmm...this tastes good. YVONNE I knew you'd like it. He gulps it. EDWIN I've never tasted any wine like it before. He pours himself more. EDWIN(CONT'D) So what's the deal? YVOONE I was killed right here in this house. EDWIN Really? YVONNE Right on this spot. EDWIN By who? YVONNE You saw the video. EDWIN What I saw in the video was real? Yvonne nods. EDWIN(CONT'D) Who was that guy...Dave? YVONNE Dave was my stepbrother. EDWIN Why would your brother want you dead...? YVONNE Stepbrother. He apparently wanted our father's whole estate to himself. He feels because I'm a woman, I shouldn't inherit anything from my father. EDWIN Who's older? YVONNE Me. EDWIN Now that girl - whom I suppose is your house help...? YVONNE Ugo?
