I'm trying to be friends. I'm not going to hurt
you.
Edwin stops.
EDWIN
Why do you think I'm thinking you're going to hurt
me?
YVONNE
Because you're running from me.
EDWIN
Stay away from me.
He continues to walk away briskly.
YVONNE
I need you to help me with the briefcase with you.
Can you help me?
EDWIN
What were you doing at my window that night?
YVONNE
What window?
Edwin is irritated by her denial.
YVONNE
I was never at your house. Wait. No matter how...
EDWIN
What I saw in that tape, was it real? Or
everything was just an act?
YVONNE
You won't understand except you see things for
yourself.
She takes out a business card and gives it to him.
YVONNE(CONT'D)
Meet me at that address tomorrow, I'll explain
everything to you.
Edwin does not accept card. She puts it in his breast
pocket.
YVONNE
If I had met you earlier, you won't have had need
to break open the briefcase. My name could have opened it.
