Door opens, Tekena enters and sees Lashe waiting upsettingly.

TEKENA

Hi?

LASHE

Where're you coming from?

TEKENA

I...I don't understand.

LASHE

Where've been, Tekena?

TEKENA

I heard you, but I don't know why you'd be asking me such question.

          LASHE
You wanted to win my trust back?

TEKENA

Yes.

LASHE

And you asked that I held off the divorce and stay separated for now?

TEKENA

Your point?

LASHE

I have every reason to believe you were out there with another girl tonight.

TEKENA

Why would I want to do that?

LASHE

Where were you, Tekena?

TEKENA

I was with Mikey.

LASHE

Tekena nods.

LASHE

Let's call Mikey.

TEKENA

You were with Mikey, right?

You want to call Mikey and ask if I was with him? Isn't this embarrassment going too far?

LASHE

Call him and ask him if you forgot anything at his place. That's not embarrassing I suppose.

Tekena reluctantly dial's phone.

Mikey(THROUGH PHONE)

TEKENA(INTO PHONE)

MIKEY(THROUGH PHONE)

Lashe gestures him to cut phone.

TEKENA(INTO PHONE)

Tekena drops call. He stares at her quietly.

LASHE

Tekena watch Lashe climb stairs. He hurries outside.
