INT. LASHE'S HOUSE/LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Lashe and Tekena can be seen in a deliberative mood. After a while, Lashe breaks silence:

LASHE

You know, Tekena, I have thought and thought and thought. It's not like I really care what our divorce will do to my reputation, especially my endorsements, but I'm just looking for just one reason - just one - why I shouldn't go ahead with divorcing you.

TEKENA

You gave me three months grace of separation and we're still in the first month. Have I done anything wrong again?

Lashe sighs.

LASHE

I wish. What you did in the past is what's still hurting our marriage.

TEKENA

I told you, sweet, I'm gonna make it up to you.

LASHE

You really need to prove that to me. And not just by talking. Good night.

Lashe climbs upstairs.

TEKENA

(Ponderingly)
