On her way to her office, Miss Etim beckons Bruce who is still on phone with Osaz to meet her in her office.

BRUCE(INTO PHONE)

Gotta go. Call you later.

INT. INT. MAGNET OIL AND GAS/MISS ETIM'S OFFICE - CONTINOUS

Miss Etim enters her office, sits behind her large desk and examines Bruce's CV. Shortly, Bruce gives a faint knock and steps in.

BRUCE

You wanted me?

MISS ETIM

              Have a seat. This morning, at the Union House, you got carried away. You kept looking at me intently and mixing up all the slides during presentation. May I ask what you were staring at?

BRUCE

              (shyly)

I’m sorry ma’am.

MISS ETIM

              What were you staring at, Bruce? Come on, you know I noticed.

BRUCE

              I promise it won’t happen again.

MISS ETIM

              No, no, no. I’d really like to know what about me caught your attention.

BRUCE

              I don’t know. I...I guess I am er – I don’t know.

MISS ETIM

              That was quite unprofessional. Anyway, I have your CV here with me. You've worked here for 6 months already and I think it's time you were confirmed as a Staff. I’ve asked Mrs Ogunbowale to issue you a confirmation letter.

BRUCE

              (Excitedly)

Thank you, ma’am. I’m so grateful. I don’t know what to say.

MISS ETIM

              Would you like to come with me to lunch? At least to celebrate your confirmation.
